Account Deletion — Tprice

Tprice (developed by NIKITA IARUNIN PR BEOGRAD, a sole proprietor registered in the Republic of Serbia) lets you delete your account and all associated data at any time. The application is provided free of charge and contains no in-app purchases or paid subscriptions. You have two options.

Option 1. Delete from inside the app (recommended)

1. Open the Tprice app.
2. Go to the Profile tab.
3. Tap Account settings → Delete account.
4. Confirm the deletion.

Your account and the data listed below are deleted immediately. No further action is required.

Option 2. Request deletion by email

If you have already uninstalled the app or cannot sign in:

1. Send an email to [email protected] from the email address you used to sign in (Google or Apple).
2. Use the subject line: "Account deletion request".
3. We will process the request and delete your data within 14 business days and send a confirmation reply.

What gets deleted

When your account is deleted, we permanently remove:

• Your email address and account identifier (Firebase UID)
• Your list of favorite products
• Your price alerts
• Any product-error reports, feedback, or support messages you submitted from your account, unless we are required to retain them under a legal obligation
• Your selected country, city, and language preferences linked to the account
• Your push-notification (FCM) token

What we keep, and why

Some records are retained even after account deletion because they are no longer linked to you:

• Aggregated, anonymous analytics data — Firebase Analytics events are not linked to a deleted account and are automatically purged according to the standard Google Analytics 4 retention window (currently 14 months).
• Server logs — generic request logs that do not identify a deleted user are retained for up to 30 days for security and abuse prevention.
